The soba salad may have been one of the best meals I’ve ever had. And the chocolate mousse is to die for. Incredible.

We had a delicious lunch here after visiting Gravensteen castle. It was easy to find as it is right across the road from the castle entrance. We both ordered the quiche and homemade lemonade and it was superb! The service was very friendly and helpful with menu options. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch here. Vegetarian cafe with some delicious options on menu. The bagel was extremely tasty and the Wintersalad with halloumi was delicious too. The salad had a gluten free option also. We had homemade raspberry lemonade, which was yummy. Atmosphere really nice and staff were super helpful!

This was truly incredible vegan food! It was very flavorful! I just wanted to eat every last drop of my dumpling soup! It was filling and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing and calming, I just felt at home here. And the service was excellent with a very kind staff!

Make a reservation for lunch! Boon is delicious, with fresh and healthy options. I went twice during my too-short time in Ghent.
