Dok Koon Thai take-away

A nice small restaurant at a great location where homely food is prepared by mother and daughter. The food was very nice and the service was very good. Price is also okay. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for Thai food in Ghent.

Fantastic small Thai restaurant with authentic Thai Isaan food in the heart of Ghent. Mother cooks continuously and her daughter serves and talks with the customers. Portions are authentic and delicious. Whilst not on the menu, we also enjoyed a very tasty Thai omelet next to many other great dishes and cold Singha beer. Reservation is highly recommended as this restaurant only has a good handful of tables.

I ordered in the restaurant a Pad Pong Kahri and it was SO tasty ! The yellow curry sauce was the best curry I ever ate. It was such a great experience ! The waitress was also very welcoming and explained very well how the meals were prepared and recommended one to us.

The decoration really took me back to Thailand :) I enjoyed everything that we ordered. And when I asked for Thai spicy level, they didn't fail to deliver. The staff was super helpful and friendly

Nice little Thaï restaurant run by Mom and Daughter. Excellent cuisine with fresh ingredients and a cosy interior. Enjoyed the dishes and had a friendly service. Worth to try, one of the best Thaï restaurants!
