Some of the best Indian food I’ve had. Two of us shared the non veg Thali, like a sampler platter, with chicken biryani, and everything was delicious. It was a good size for two for lunch without feeling very full. If we’d had time we would’ve gone back again and gotten just the Chettinad Chicken.
Everything we ordered was delicious, lovely flavours. We asked for it very hot, but nothing was spicy really although tasted nice. The hostess was lovely, warm and friendly. The only thing that let it down was a rather drunk man was seated right next to us (inches away), and he was only drinking, not eating. It really spoilt the atmosphere for us and I don't think he should have been let in.
Very unassuming Indian Restaurant in Gent. But the food tasted authentic and tasty. We had dosas, idly, Gobi Manchuria, paneer butter masala and paratha, rice and biriyani. Reasonably priced and tasty. All cooked afresh and served hot. The girl there who served is doing Masters and doing her job here. Very efficient, polite and friendly.
Gobi manchurian and mango lassi were great. Lighting is a bit dark and overall a small space so it can get quite chaotic, so if that's the ambience you're going for then this is the place.
Good food. Portions are a little small and mango lassi was disappointing but everything else was great. Dosa, sambar, chutney. Chettinad chicken was amazing and so was gobi Manchurian Place is small too
