I don't think I've ever felt more welcomed in a restaurant. Everyone who served us really actually cared that we had a good time. The food was so fresh and delicious. My husband had forgotten to mention my nut allergy and they still coped perfectly. The sunset was fantastic too. The restaurant is small and intimate, so bookings essential. And don't forget to check sunset times so your meal coincides with it.

Incredible greek fine dining restaurant! I booked a table in advance in order to get the vegan 4 course menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to watch the sunset and eat amazing greek food. The service was also incredible and everyone was very accommodating and kind.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing sunset dinner with Cretan fine dining Had a wonderful dinner at 360 Fine Dining, located on the rooftop of Chania Flair Boutique Hotel. The view is absolutely stunning — you can see the sea, the mountains, and a perfect sunset while you eat. Very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent — a mix of traditional Cretan flavors and modern fine dining. Everything was beautifully presented and full of taste. I also appreciated the discount for hotel guests, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fine dining dinner with Crete food and beautiful view.

A Culinary Revelation at 360 Fine Dining – I have travelled the globe, seeking out culinary excellence in every corner, it is rare to find an establishment that truly captivates and delights on every level. My recent visit to 360 Fine Dining, nestled within the exquisite Chania Flair Boutique Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, was precisely one such occasion – a truly unforgettable experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone with a discerning palate and an appreciation for the art of gastronomy. From the moment we stepped into the elegant, understated space, the promise of something special was palpable. Despite the quietude of the restaurant, which perhaps speaks more to the exclusive nature and investment required for such an experience than to its quality, the atmosphere was perfectly poised for an intimate culinary journey. To commence our repast, we indulged in the Celery Root and the Sweet Potato starters. The celery root, with its intriguing blend of strawberry, beetroot, roasted hazelnut, balsamic vinegar, and basil oil, was a symphony of earthy sweetness and bright acidity, each component playing a crucial, harmonious role. The sweet potato, featuring smoked eel, dry cheese anthotyros, crème fraîche, fried trahanas, and mizuna, was equally compelling – a masterful play on textures and a bold yet balanced flavour profile that truly whetted the appetite. These dishes were not merely appetisers; they were declarations of culinary intent, showcasing a profound understanding of flavour pairing and presentation. For our main courses, the Lamb Fricassee and the Fish Fillet (specifically, the sea bass) were chosen, and both proved to be exemplary. The Lamb Fricassee, a rich and comforting dish elevated by cream of greens, avgolemono foam, and burnt leek, was a testament to classic technique reinterpreted with contemporary finesse. The lamb was meltingly tender, and the accompanying elements provided a beautiful contrast and depth. The sea bass was impeccably cooked – flaky, moist, and bursting with fresh flavour, perfectly complemented by its delicate accompaniments of peas, celery root, beurre blanc, and caviar. Each mouthful was a revelation, a testament to the kitchen's precision and commitment to quality ingredients. Beyond the exquisite food, the service at 360 Fine Dining was, simply put, second to none. Our server, Aspasia, was an absolute revelation. Her attentiveness was remarkable, anticipating our needs with a graceful intuition that enhanced every moment of our evening. She navigated the dining room with an air of professional warmth and efficiency, ensuring that our experience was not just seamless, but truly incredible. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. While the price point undoubtedly positions 360 Fine Dining as a luxurious indulgence, I can only implore fellow gourmands to view it as an investment in an unparalleled culinary adventure. Every dish was a delight, every mouthful a testament to the skill and passion of the chefs. This is not merely dining; it is an experience to be savoured, discussed, and remembered long after the final course. My visit to 360 Fine Dining was a resounding triumph, and I departed with a deep appreciation for the artistry and dedication on display. It is, without doubt, a must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional and truly memorable gastronomic journey.

A very good experience. Top quality food and top quality service from Manuel the waiter. We have been traveling a lot and visited many fine dining restaurants around the world including Michelin star restaurants. Even that this one is not a Michelin restaurant it’s one of our top 10 restaurants. We can gladly recommend 360 for other guests. Greetings from Nanna & Kodjo - tourists from Denmark 🇩🇰😊
