A cozy restaurant with a beautiful courtyard and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We had two salads, tzatziki, and the giant beans — all very tasty — and finished with a delicious halva. The salmon pasta, however, didn’t meet our expectations and felt a bit pricey at €14. For two people, without meat and without alcohol, the total was around €51. Overall, a pleasant experience — 4 stars for the food, but the charming atmosphere makes it worth a visit.
Excellent taverna in a romantic yard under trees. Very friendly staff, daily changing menu with fresh and local ingredients. We absolutely loved our meal. The Octopus on Fava in particular was cooked to perfection. We will come back next time!
I am so satisfied! The food was really good and so authentic. Prices are really fair! The place is hidden somewhere, between trees, giving you the coziness far away from overcrowded places in Chania. You can enjoy the food without ppl walking by your table and checking your order 😉 This place gave me the spirit of real Chania. The staff is really on the 👌 top and charismatic like the place itself! The sausage😍 was magnificent! 20/10!
I almost didn’t want to disclose this amazing place but I think they deserve the best review. We went in the late evening and there were no empty tables. The vibe was homey and local. The owner was the most fun and welcoming guy. They served dishes based on fresh produce, and you could absolutely expect the taste to deliver. We had an octopus in flava that was divine. We had a grilled fish with a tangy lemon sauce. It was so good that I almost asked for the recipe of the sauce. Everything else was great as well. The price was very reasonable as well. We were so glad that we didn’t go to one of those overpriced seafood place next the shore. This was so much better.
Super cute little restaurant in a quiet side street. Very friendly staff. Food came in perfect timing and was delicious. Compared to the harbor prices also cheaper. You can easy have dinner for 20€/person. Highly recommended!
