We just had the best night at Señal in Chania! The service was honestly world class – super friendly, welcoming, and they really looked after us. The food was amazing (the shrimp pasta was next level) and they were great at catering for dietary needs which made everything so easy. Cocktails and drinks were also spot on – some of the best we’ve had in Crete. The ambience and music gave it such a great vibe too, perfect for a night out.

My husband and I went to Senal for dinner on Sunday evening. Excellent service! They pay close attention to details. Nice atmosphere, beautiful location. We had fish tacos and salmon, food was good.

Despite some of the other reviews bashing the service, we had an excellent dinner! Albeit earlier than usual for the area (7:30pm), there were still plenty of people having dinner with us. The food was great and the drinks were AMAZING (especially the Illuminati)! Service was on par with most the other restaurants around the port. Multi-lingual menus and a picture menu up front to view before being seated. Would definitely go back again.

Genially one of the best restaurants in Chania. Reservation is highly recommended, overall very good and kind service with great food. It’s a healthy mix or locals with some tourists, with an extensive outside part, including some tables to have a drink (and a dj). You feel the Greek “all-together” vibe coming alive here. We had the following dishes: 1) three Greek dips (8/10) - they ran out of avocado so got one dip double. 2)Fish Carpaccio (9/10) 3) cabbage role (8.2/10) 4) Moussaka (9.2/10) In the end, we also got some drinks on the house! Would definitely love to go back!

We just got done eating there. The food was excellent. We had the croquets, salmon and mousakka. The atmosphere was excellent too. However, the service was terrible. Like others have mentioned, there’s quite a few staff but they don’t cross function or communicate. When I had about half my dinner left, I asked one of them to get me another drink. He said he would let his colleague, our main waiter, know. It never arrived. The waiter didn’t even check on us after the food was served. The next time he came to the table was when we were finished our meal. He was only 3-4m away but it looked like he was either playing a game on his phone or texting the entire time. Such a shame because the food was excellent.
