5star fine dining restaurant with affordable prices. excellent services and the food flavor mix is top notch

I can't understand why everyone isn't talking about this place! This was absolutely phenomenal (I've never given such a good review). We had to order off the breakfast/ lunch menu as we were too early for dinner; and it was no kind of problem whatsoever. I got the fried brunch-thing all for €12 (!!) - cheese and honey croquettes being the best bit - and my companion had the homemade prawn ravioli, which was perhaps the best pasta I've ever tasted (and I used to live in Italy...), along with coffee and ice-cream. The whole experience was around €30 for both of us. Cordon bleu cuisine for cheaper than any of the hundred restaurants around it, and impeccable, informative service from the gentleman who served us too. Arrange an evening around visiting for dinner and have something adventurous - you won't regret it.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever tried in Crete. The food was so exceptional I had to ask if it was a Michelin-starred restaurant; it truly felt like it could be. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and each course was presented with its own unique backstory, which made the whole experience even more memorable. An absolute must-visit!

Hidden gem a bit away from overcrowded streets, but still in the heart of an old town of Chania. You should definitely visit the place if you want to experience authentic Cretan flavors combined with contemporary serving style and niche service. Take your time to enjoy signature cocktails, try amazing Cretan olive oils and incredible main courses. We visited Coutellerie twice during our one week stay and would love to come again when on the island. All stuff is attentive to customers, super professional and will always tell precisely about all the ingredients and listen to clients’ preferences. So if you want to slow down a bit, dive deep into Cretan cuisine and receive the best service, please pay Coutellerie a visit.

I went for brunch and ordered the eggs with tomato. The service was amazing. The food was delicious, extremely flavorful and well put together. What a gem. The hotel looks lovely too. Highly recommend.
