A Superb 'Business Lunch' - Authentic Japanese Excellence in Cluj! My visit to Tokyo Japanese Restaurant was outstanding, and their Business Lunch is an absolute must-try. It offers an incredible variety and showcases true Japanese culinary artistry. The presentation in the bento box alone is a feast for the eyes. The quality of each component was exceptional: The selection of fresh fish was the star. The set included a beautiful assortment of nigiri (salmon, tuna, etc.) and delicate salmon rolls. A true highlight was the flambéed salmon sashimi, which was perfectly seared and meltingly tender. The hot dishes were just as impressive. The salmon teriyaki was cooked to perfection with a rich, savory glaze, while the shrimp tempura was delightfully light and crispy. Every accompaniment, from the flavorful miso soup and fresh salad to the perfectly cooked rice with vegetables, was spot on. It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients and pay close attention to every detail. Overall, the Business Lunch at Tokyo delivers a complete, high-end dining experience at a fantastic value. Exceptional service, very attentive, by ladies dressed up so special and so Japanese. Some of the food was exceptional (tofu, a taste to die for; vegetables tempura, light and fluffy and pute in taste; some of the nigiri) and some below average (everything with salmon, most of the sushi in my plate). Yuzu lemonade and the miso soup were sophisticated in taste.

Amazing Ramen! (And restaurant) We ordered spicy ramen and shoyu ramen, both broths were flavorful, noodles were cooked perfectly, and every other component was great, my only criticism is that I wish there was more meat included but otherwise great ramen. While we were there, complimentary takoyaki was also given to us and was such a nice surprise. It was good, nothing extraordinary but good enough to receive and to eat! Also ordered grapefruit lemonade, it was refreshing and citrusy. Service was wonderful, the staff were nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is also good. We will definitely come back to try their other foods in the menu.

The waiter was very knowledgeable—every time we ordered a dish, we were given valuable details about it and the best way to enjoy it. The food was amazing: the raw meat was fresh and delicious, and the flavor combinations were complex. The menu is diverse, but you can always ask for guidance. We tried everything and enjoyed every bit of it. I truly recommend this place. Gochisōsama deshita.
