From the very moment we walked into the restaurant, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. A special thanks goes to our waiter, Jakub, who impressed us with his professionalism, dedication, and genuine kindness – he truly made our visit unforgettable. As for the food – it was simply heavenly! Every dish delighted us with its flavor, freshness, and beautiful presentation. It is clear that the chef puts a lot of heart and passion into every creation. Congratulations to the entire kitchen team – you are doing an amazing job! 👏👏👏 We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates excellent cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back
I had the Pork Cheeks which were very tender and delicious. Served with a brown gravy and mashed potatoes, and onions and carrots. Was a generous size so the server packaged the remainder for me. Husband had the Goulash which he really liked, but mine was better. Hus meat was also tender. NOT ground beef. Patio was on a quiet street with trees and flowers. Blankets were provided.
I really can't complaint about anything, the food was excellent, staff were super nice and friendly and the price was honest . Saying that please when you have such a great time and food there make a difference with all of the tourist trap around and tip! They didn't really mentioned it but when I wanted to pay by card saw that I can tip... So I hope everyone enjoys their food here as I did and they stay top quality and affordable as they are.
I got the Svíčková and loved it so much that I had to get the same thing the next night. Any American or really any foreigner visiting that wants great Czech food should come here. The pulled pork was awesome. The croquettes were awesome. The desserts were awesome. The whole meal was amazing.
We tried this place for lunch and was expecting for some traditional types of dishes. We tried garlic soup (it’s made with bacon or lardon and some croutons - it wasn’t a strong of garlic flavour), local ham, goulash and some fried chickens. The goulash was thick and tasty. Chicken was cooked well. Overall it’s a good eatery with good food, pleasant service and fine atmosphere.
