A real Czech experience and atmosphere. Excellent beer and super tasty food, lovely, patient staff, who took time to explain everything to us :) A real local restaurant for locals, where some outsiders like us were really happy to drop in. I highly recommend!

I ordered the lunch special. Despite my lack of Czech, we were able to communicate with the help of a translator and pictures. Very good price and delicious food. The beer was also very good.

The absolute best for me in Prague. We were staying for three days and every day we visited U Mariánského obrazu. Food is so delicious and such big portions. If you want authentic Czech cuisine and nice beer — this is a must visit.

Super experience! All locals on a Monday night. Great friendly vibes. Very friendly staff! Menu includes English. Czech food isn’t super intense flavors so maybe ask for the most flavorful thing in the menu if that’s your preference. We had fried potatoes chips (fried onsite) with garlic dip as an appetizer that was so delish! Couple bowls of those and endless rounds of their beer could be a fun evening out!

The receptionist at my hotel recommended this place as an authentic local bar/eatery. I am very pleased I listened. Had a very large pork chop with mashed potatoes, green beans, and pepper sauce. Proper fare. Along with 2 large beers. Only 507 CZK
