HAPPY BEAN bistro & café

So, if you're staying in this part of Prague and you're looking for well cooked and well presented and tasty veggie & vegan food, then this is definitely one place to try out. Simple and unpretentious and with friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend the Pad Thai with juicy tofu with peanuts and fresh coriander. The vegan version simply leaves out the egg. The veggie gyros plate is a big plate of food for hungry people. I'd also recommend the mango-maracuja (passion fruit) home made lemonade with chia, mint leaves & lots of ice. On a hot & humid Prague summer evening it was gorgeously refreshing. We sat inside but you can also sit outside as long as you can put up with the stench of cigarettes whilst you eat your meal. Definitely recommend and I'd happily go back.

Me and my cousin loved this place! We sat outside to enjoy the fresh air. The service was excellent, the waitresses often came to check on us and ask if we needed anything. They had an amazing affogato we enjoyed at the end of our meal!

I really liked the restaurant’s famous concept. It was such a beautiful, simple, and peaceful place. The matcha lattes, the desserts, and especially the lavender lemonade were all delicious. I enjoyed it so much. Huge thanks to Anita — she made a wonderful lemonade just for me🍀

FINALLY AN AMAZING PLACE!! As a vegetarian it was hard for me to find something other than pizza or junk food.. and im so glad we found this place! The food was sooo good every ingredient was SUPER FRESH! And they have amazing facon (fake bacon) which i really wanted to try. Highly recommend!!! We came back more and it was great every time 😊😁

We were headed for the farmers market and found the whole square under construction. So we then looked for a lunch spot and chose the happy Bean & Bagel. Seriously good. We had the Thai bowl with mango salad, teriyaki duck and jasmine rice. Served Buddha bowl style. Soooooooo good. It was exactly what we needed. Fresh. Healthy. Great flavours. Perfection. Paired with Prosecco.
