Castellana Trattoria

Enjoyed the lunch at this trattoria. All dishes were fresh and rock solid. The waiter was not too friendly to us, but also not rude. I think its fairly priced.

This Italian restaurant serves mainly pasta and a few meat dishes - no pizza. The portions are a bit small but they are highly priced. I had carpaccio as a starter, carbonara as a main dish, tiramisu for dessert and lots of wine. Everything was tasty, but they're not flavours that will make you want to come back. All in all, it's a nice place to try once, but the price to flavor ratio is not worth a second visit.

Food was good and the service was good too, the Waitor made an effort with us and the food was very good, I'd say I have had better pasta before so that's why i only give a 4* as it didn't blow my mind away, but it's more like a 4.5, this place is a great Italian spot and they had my favourite wine, susumaniello. The dessert (tiramisu) was delicious.

Really nice italian restaurant. Food was nice and reminded me like eating in Italy! Outside ”terrace” was also cool, beacuse there was only couple tables on the sidewalk.

This place is great for Italian food. It’s not fancy but the flavors are there. Homemade pasta, but we didn’t have this time, so have to come back for it. The staff is super friendly and great in offering their drinks and foods. Definitely my favorite staff from Brno. Will be back for sure. Interior is simple and the basement seating probably better in the summer.
