vegan / vegetarian people are always happy, no matter how bad and standard their dishes be, they are always happy because it’s not easy to find vege plates ! vegalite is something sifferent - it’s unusual, suprisable and delicious - where can you have steak in pumpkin sauce with cranberry on top ? or get up soup which is perfect for hangover ? come here and try them, service is smiling, beer is perfect - what else you need ? thanks !

I had lunch there for two days, and each day they offered two different options with soup. Honestly, it’s one of the most delicious vegan restaurants I’ve ever eaten at.

Vegalite – amazing spot in Brno! Finally, after 6 days in Czechia, I found proper veggie dumplings – and they were absolutely worth the wait! The place has a great vibe inside, full of energy and often connected with concerts and cultural events. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. We ordered 4 different dishes and every single one was delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a veggie-friendly gem in Brno!

We went to Vegalité to try vegetarian versions of Czech dishes (generally tricky as a naive tourist) and we were very impressed by the quality of food, drink and service, all at a reasonable price! Nice outdoor seating for warm evenings, but also spacious indoor rooms. Staff were helpful and spoke excellent English.

Great vegan food. Good and cheap daily menu, some creative dishes and classics - and even some Czech classics on the menu. The staff, however, wanted us out of the restaurant as fast as possible. We made a reservation in English per e-mail a few days beforehand. When we got there, we were told that we only had an hour until a concert would start at 19:30 and we would need to be finished and leave before this. Would have liked to have been informed about this in advance (the reservation confirmation didn’t mention it) so we could have decided to come earlier to eat more peacefully as it was a special occasion for us. The food did arrive quickly, so I guess that is a plus. So yes, definitely come here for the food, but do make sure to ask about any ongoing events or check the website (which did have the information, but unfortunately only in Czech).
