A perfect tasting menu with stunning wine pairing! The experience surpass most of the Michelin restaurant I had visited. We had the “big tasting menu” with wine pairing for dinner, served by Kačka (hope I didn’t spell the name wrong). Every dishes are innovative and showcased the skills of feature every ingredients. The control of fire is perfect. Kačka is professional and caring. For every dishes and wine paired, she gave detailed and insightful explanations. She also pair the wine for every dishes that brings out the character of the dish and made perfect balance. Overall, this is truly a hidden gem in brno or even all around Czech. They offer exceptional experience with a fair price.
Nice small restaurant in a nice setting. Some of the art on the wall you can buy. We had the rooster and the steak together with some local Czech wine. Very nice pairing.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to indulge in the full tasting menu as we had an event to attend. However, we opted for à la carte instead, and I’m so glad we did! The dishes were beautifully plated and presented, showcasing the impressive skills of the chef and their team. I would absolutely love to return for a leisurely, full dining experience.
We visited this restaurant during a trip to Brno and it was one of the best meals we had. We had the tasting menu and loved every dish. I still dream of the rooster soup and steak tartare. The service was stellar and they have an excellent wine selection. I look forward to returning in the future.
Came here at 2pm on a Monday afternoon so perhaps understandably quiet. A limited menu at lunchtime but a nice meal. Unusual to see catfish on a menu. For two starters, 2 mains, a wine and a beer - 1700kc (£57 GBP).
