Rễ restaurant Brno

We got invited by lovely vegan couple 😊 to this restaurant and here are our takes: 1. Ambience is great 👍, service is great. 2. Indoor spacing felt a bit compact, but good enough for people of 4. 3. They do have outdoor seating 🏙. Recommend to call and reserve in advance for people more than 6. 4. We ordered Katsu Curry, tofu roll, Dumplings , tempura shrimps roll for sushi with some lemonades and Japan beer 🍺 and vegetarian noodle bowls 🍜. 5. The dumplings 🥟 (one set has 5 pieces) were good. We asked them to have us 3 vegetarian and 2 non vegetarian(chicken) fillings. And they pleasantly considered our request. 6. Tofu rolls were nicely coated and crispy . 7. Katsu curry was rich and flavourful with chicken and udon Noodles. The bowl was indeed filling 😌. 8. Tempura shrimps sushi 🍣 was okay but could have been better. There are plenty of options for sushi. 10. One things we observed lately , the food was neither hot 🔥 nor cold 🥶. 10. The lemonades🍋 and beer were okay. 11. Presentation of dishes were nice. 12. Worth to note again than, the place is ideal for vegan people.😄 13. Dishes were neither hot nor cold, felt ideal to eat as it comes! We would love to visit this place again and also recommend the place for dine in . We are thankful 🙏 to our friends for introducing us to this lovely place.

Salad has such a small portion. Curry was too watery. Given folk was dirty....unfortunately I do not recommend.

Salmon bowl ( poke ) was just ok. Nothing special. However chicken katsu ( schnitzel ) curry was delicious! 😊 Service ok.

A beautiful new Asian restaurant in the city center! The design is luxurious, almost regal, it's unlike many other Asian restaurants in the city. It has a certain glamour to it that is not seen often, and I compliment the designer for making these choices. The food is extraordinary. The flavors are deep and complex, and there were some interesting combinations that I saw in the menu. I believe there is something for everybody here, you have both the classics, and something a little extra for those wanting to go on a gastronomical adventure. I absolutely loved my duo shrimp and salmon rice bowl, and my friend kept complimenting her ramen (especially the broth). I recommend you reserve a table in advance, this place is becoming very popular! 11/6/24 - edited to add photos from our most recent visit. Every time we come here is a delight!

We tried the delivery and the food was amazing. We will definitely try to visit the restaurant and to try more meals.
