Interesting interior dining area refurbished from an old tram from the 1950s. Quite nice to sit inside but when the weather is good it’s quite cooling to dine outside also. Service is very friendly and generally quite prompt. Quite a few different burgers to choose from. The patty is freshly made and cooked to medium, it is very juicy and quality is consistent. No fries and only potato wedges are available.

Ambience: Such a cute, unique place. It was very chilled and interesting ambience. The inside looked like a long train . But super unique. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Food: Excellent. Cozy place with comforting burgers, definitely a place where I could see myself go back to. This is a non fancy place, just good food for very reasonable prices. The burgers are non expensive, has good volume, and taste very good. No bullshit.

We visited Sporvejen Burger Bar in Copenhagen and tried the Pepper Burger, Pineapple Burger, and the kids’ burger. The burgers were huge, and the patties were juicy and well-cooked. We opted for “The Red” and garlic dips on the side—while “The Red” was a bit too tangy for my taste, the garlic dip was spot on and complemented the burgers perfectly. The potatoes were a real highlight—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and incredibly satisfying. I honestly could’ve eaten a whole bowl of them! The staff at Sporvejen were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even better. It was also a nice touch that they provided coloring pencils and paper for kids, which kept our little one happily entertained. I should mention that I was dealing with the flu that day, so my taste buds weren’t quite at their best. I’d love to return soon and give their burgers a fairer assessment. Regardless, I’d definitely recommend Sporvejen for anyone looking for a cozy spot in Copenhagen to enjoy a tasty burger. NB: not the easiest burger to eat by hand! The fork & knife are there for a reason ;)

They have some discounts if you go before 16h and the burgers are amazing. Very big portions, we had the Crispy Beacon Burger🍔 and it was very tasty, with a lot of qualitative ingredients. I was not a big fan of "the red" sauce though. We also shared a 1L edenflower juice (even if they tried to make us pay for 2 small ones). 🍺
