We visited Alouette for the first time as a group of four, and it was an unforgettable evening. The entire experience was beautifully curated – from the atmosphere to the exceptional service and, of course, the food. One dish that truly stood out was the zucchini with caviar and Champagne sauce – an elegant combination that was both delicate and rich in flavor. Every course was a delight, but that one was simply unforgettable. The service was equally impressive. Our Hungarian waiter was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel very well taken care of throughout the evening. His friendly and professional demeanor added a lot to the overall experience. Alouette delivered on every level – we’ll definitely be coming back!
Top fine dining restaurant in Copenhagen serving regional high quality produce in a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is open and visible to the dining room and there is a possibility to book a seat at the chef's counter. You'll get a tasting menu and you'll be entertained for hours.
Loved our evening at Alouette. Oscar did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable throughout the experience- and the food ofcourse was phenomenal. While all dishes were incredible, my partner and I have been talking about their zucchini dish the entire trip, and it's really been a highlight 😊
Had an incredible dining experience here the other week. We loved the setup, the team was amazing and of course the food was absolutely incredible. We were also lucky enough to sit at the chef's counter (thanks Olivia!) and see all the action unfold. We can't wait to come back to Copenhagen to eat here and experience it all again! We'll be dreaming of that pork for a long time
A truly outstanding culinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. The tasting menu was beautifully presented and explained, thoughtfully designed to make the most of top-quality local produce from selected farms. The menu focused on products from four different farms. The first part was vegetable-based, with flavorful vegetables and greens. The second part featured two dishes centered around monkfish, both of excellent quality and taste. The third part was centered around pork, using the product to its fullest, and the final sweet courses were the perfect ending to the meal. Each dish offered a refined and original combination of flavors, with meticulous presentation and exceptional ingredients. The wine pairing was spot on and very well explained, complementing the food perfectly. One of the highlights of the experience was the service, which was not only warm and attentive, but also presented each dish with care and professionalism
