I have been to Zoku for brunch with a friend and just loved it! Amazing place, incredible food ♥ the week after, while scheduling a work lunch meeting, the only place I wanted to go? Back to Zoku and once again, I was not disappointed :-D Will return time and time again
What a nice experience! The food at Zoku is very special. Every plate is unique in taste and presentation. They also have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. Even the dessert had chocolate made with vegan milk! I often struggle to find vegan dessert, and because i am lactose intollerant i usually end up with no dessert! The restaurant is next to a small bar where there is live music or events. During our dinner there was 'open mic' which made the evening very pleasant and fun. The restaurant and location are also very well designed and taken care of. I didn't think a restaurant in a hotel could offer so much. Highly recommended!
The place and food were nice, we went for brunch. However, the service needs some improvement. It took a really long time for them to pick up our plates and bring the next one, the waiter was just standing up and not paying attention around him. Then, both my husband and I had ordered pancakes and his came first and I had to wait for mine. The guy was very apologetic which was appreciated but still not a nice experience. We asked for the bill and we were charged for half of the things we had, we had to tell him about it otherwise he wouldn’t have noticed. A small detail, we were sitting next to the fridge where the juices are kept. Not nice to see your glass of juice being filled from what looks like store bought apple juice. Anyways, the food was nice but would not come back for the brunch.
I was attending a concert at DR and we found this hidden gem. Happy accident, because the place is gorgeous! I ordered a sea bream, my friend had the gazpacho and both were excellent. The service was a bit scattered…. Took a long time to get a menu, but they were so lovely, kind, and sweet, turns out it was only their second shift. I will definitely return.
We had brunch here and it was a delight. I had the shakshuka and it was delicious, it comes with a suuuper flaky and buttery bread that was sooo nice! The people were super sweet and the ambiance was cozy with a nice view. Thank you for the lovely time. 😍 Highly recommend!
