Two visits: 1. Bread burned to ashes on a club sandwich 2. “Tartare” which is anything but tartare 3. Standard wait time for a dish ~20 minutes, even if it’s a club sandwich On a positive side: 1. Good oysters 2. Decent wine options 3. Pleasant interior
We came for brunch and agreed it was some of the best eggs Benedict and Turkish eggs we’ve ever had! Service was super nice. The wait for food was a bit long, but it was well worth it. The interior is beautiful too. Will come back again before leaving Aarhus 😍
Fave place to have a pretty dessert time in Aarhus. Love their cardamom croissant with berries and ice cream 🩷 Oh and they serve super bomb cocktails too! No pics for this but worth a try ;)
One of the best restaurants I have been to in years, and it happens to be on my business trip to Denmark. It's gourmet food. Everything was well plated, and the flavors were fantastic. It can be expensive if you order ala-carte but the special included a three course meal that was reasonably priced. I highly recommend the oysters for an appetizer.
If I could give 10 stars, I would have done so - no trip to aarhus without a visit to Clementine. We've been there several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was something special every time. The food is really well prepared and the taste is simply fantastic. We are always happy when Laura serves us. She is so warm-hearted and accommodating. I am happy to know a great, special restaurant in aarhus and I am already looking forward to my next visit! :)
