Brødrenes Original - Borggade

In Borggade in Aarhus you will find this little gem of a place to eat. They reinterpret the classic Danish grill bar with tasty meat from Danish free-range animals and organic durum buns baked in Holstebro. And you can taste it!!! We had a "Bøffen menu" with fries and it tasted heavenly. The beer caramelized soft onions give a fantastic flavor to the steak. We ate outside in good weather. Next time I'm in Aarhus I will definitely come back.

The chicken burger was really good The pork one was too, there wasn't as much meat as fat though, but that's kind of expected

Really great place, I had a beef burger with beets and it was delicious. The fries and pork meat ball were also brilliant!

Brodrenes Original has delicious burgers and excellent fries, the meal deal is fantastic value. My husband didn’t realise that all the burgers came with mayo but his burger bun was quickly replaced with no fuss- she even offered to replace to burger but my husband declined the offer.
