I really like their food, but last time I went I got two Bentjesvej wraps, one normal and one without tomato. On the wrap without tomato the employee wrote with black marker "uden tomat" on the outside of the paper wrap. When I got home and opened the paper, I could see that there was black marker all over the food. I tried calling them, but there is just an immediate voice mail every time. I talked on the voice mail explaining my experience and have not heard back from them. When you wrap wraps in aluminum foil, you can write with black marker. But on paper it goes through. I can only imagine that this happens there all the time but maybe not everyone notices or opens the paper completely like I did. Black marker is known to seep through, so it might have gotten to the filling as well. Anyways... I do like their food, but only two stars because of this experience.
Looks like family run cozy restaurant. During our short trip we found best falafels and middle eastern food at this restaurant. Highly recommend. Do not miss this place!
I’ve been going here for years and have yet to be dissatisfied. Consistently good food, kind service, and fair prices relative to portion size and quality. Highly recommend the falafel roles, although everything on the menu is good.
A very cozy little space with some table and a limited menu but the food that comes out of the kitchen is fantastic. I was looking for a vegetarian option for early in the week and falafel was on the top of the list. These falafel were crunchy on the outside, soft and light inside, drizzled with some yogurt and sumac… served with 3 side dishes which is difficult to choose only 3 from the many bright coloured and fresh looking options. And some warm flat bread. I pushed the boat out to have Ayran to drink which was lovely. A yogurt based drink that is somehow a little salty and savoury which matches this food perfectly. Enjoy!
We love it here! The food is amazing and the mezze plate is a fun way to try lots of new vegetarian dishes from Palestine! My fiancé and I always share the mezze plate and we also love that the portions are so generous that we can take some home for the next day! It’s super popular and often it takes time to get a table, but it is worth the wait 10 times over!
