Vibami - Vietnamese Kitchen Kluuvi

Vibami is located in a food hall/court. There is a lovely atmosphere and they served us some beautiful food. The staff went out of their way to give exceptional service and were very kind to us during our visit. The vegan options were superb and there were lots of drinks to choose from! Thank you to the staff for a great meal ☺️

It has been a while since my last visit to Vibami despite its proximity to our offices. I arrived precisely at 11 o’clock and ordered at the counter, grabbed some water, chopsticks and easily found a free table. Five minutes later the place was already packed. After some 8-10 minutes the food was brought to the table. I had the Mekong tofu, one of the 2-3 vegan options. It was garnished with with sprouts and some small salad leaves. Underneath was nice piece of tofu, well fried on the outside but tender inside. A healthy amount of pock choi and other veggies. The broth was ok, in my opinion some spicyness would have made really delicious. All in all the dish is a solid lunch option albeit on the more expensive side (13,80e).

Pleasantly surprised by the beef pho served at this place. 2nd visit I had due to the beef stock as it was flavourful and balanced. The rice noodles are a little chewy but portions were huge. They serve this with beef slices unlike other joints that have an assortment of beef cuts. Nonetheless the underlying winner is still the broth and this broth stands proud above many other places. Do try the mini shrimp spring rolls which were also heavenly. Enjoyed the food.

Pho was alright, would definitely recommend for a lunch place, it's also close to central and easy to get to.
