The food was magnificent, and their own Georgian wine was also very good. We met the owner, and the service was excellent. The cuisine is extraordinary, the kitchen delivered the food quickly, and everything was just as we ordered. We will definitely come back to try their new menu and the latest batch of wines! I highly recommend visiting this place. It's great for a wine tasting experience if you prefer that, or simply for dinner with drinks, whatever suits you best. They also have a nice bar in the middle of the restaurant, where you can enjoy salty bites accompanied by good wines.
One of the best places in Helsinki. Georgian comfort food, with so huge portions that I can’t finish🫣 Glad to see many vegetarian and vegan options! Wine selection is very interesting, only Georgian wines, and mostly from small producers, family wineries. Natural wines are worth a try! Little Georgia in Helsinki :)
I suppose it makes sense to travel all the way to Helsinki to try local food, this was my first time trying Georgian food and wine - it definitely didn’t disappoint. We got the Megruli Ostri, 26€; Royal Khachapuri, 18€ & Chalaghaji, 24€ paired with a large glass of Orbeluri Ojaleshi each. It was a tremendous meal. The highlight was the bread filled with cheese, butter and an egg yolk. Such a rich flavour from it and the bread was perfect to dip in and pull the cheese out. The stew was kind of like a thick curry. Excellent flavour combos and the beef was v tender. There was a nice pop of freshness from pomegranate seeds. Really enjoyed this one. One of the best meals I’ve had this year.
The best Georgian restaurant in the city! If you’re looking to have a great time — this is the place. Absolutely delicious food, a lovely atmosphere and interior, and incredibly friendly service. Thank you!
I confirm what others already wrote, delicious food and wine! Khaczapuri was magnificent, I really like Georgian food, and this was the best one ever :)
