Such a nice gem in the middle of Helsinki! Staff is very friendly and food is super tasty. The naan bread is a must try

The food was incredible, and the front-of-house team made us feel so welcome. They thoughtfully adjusted the spice levels for each person at the table, which made the meal feel extra special. Be sure to ask for their recommendations—they won’t disappoint. All in all, such a wonderful evening.

Fulbari is more than just a Nepali restaurant in Helsinki, it’s the life work of its owner. He came from Nepal, worked for years to bring his family here, and has been running this place for over a decade. The food is fresh, simple, and comforting–curries, dals, and tandoor dishes, but what makes Fulbari special is the owner himself. He genuinely cares about people. He even gave us his time for a long interview, sharing openly about his journey and his philosophy that “the guest is god.” You don’t see that kind of generosity often. If you want to eat good food and also feel the warmth of real hospitality, Fulbari is the place.

We popped here on a Sunday evening and it was pretty quiet. Food was delicious and the owner very polite and helpful. I liked that the curry was served with naan and rice and a couple of raita sauces, felt quite authentic. Good value too

Amazingly delicious food. Highly recommended especially for vegetarians. The service is excellent. Very affordable food.
