Had a Finnish sauna there!! Really nice experience. There are 3 sauna, 1 is big sauna indoor, 1 is firewood with sofas type setting and another is the smaller facing the sea. Please try the sea faced is nice.
Visited spa, book a ticket in advance for a spot as gets busy. The saunas were great with a few options. Plenty of seating outside and a nice and relaxed feeling. Lockers and showers clean with shower gels. Saunas had space to sit and soak in the experience. The sauna with a view was nice!
I highly recommend this place. Amazing views to the Sea, relaxed atmosphere and kind staff. We went to the sauna, great experience. We also had lunch at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I advise to book tickets for the sauna as it gets very busy and also book a table. Thank you for a great experience 👏
It's a tourist attraction and its very busy when it's fully booked. I think its too busy when you need to queue up to get into a sauna. That is why I can't give 5 stars. Other than that it's a beautiful place, the 4 different saunas are great and jumping in the cool ocean is refreshing. The food, especially the burger are delicious as well, so you can spend a few hours here. Come during sunset when it's not raining and enjoy the huge outside terrace. Reservations required for the sauna.
Overall my experience here was just OK. Perhaps I had too high of expectations, but I was just not very happy with my visit here. I will start with the sauna experience. If I were to come to Helsinki again, I would go to a different sauna. The floors inside the changing areas/hallways/saunas are all soaking wet. There is no one sweeping water into drains or anything, which I have seen at other places like this. Due to this, I did slip and fall (I was wearing water shoes too). An employee walked right by me and didn’t say a word. I would have expected them to at least offer to help me up or ask if I was OK. Perhaps it was a cultural difference. The shower room on the women’s side smelled awful. It needs a good cleaning. It smelled like sweaty laundry. The sauna itself was nice, though it gets very crowded, so you need to monitor how many people are inside otherwise there may not be space for all who wish to go inside. For the restaurant: this was a disappointment. I was told this restaurant had some of the best salmon soup in Helsinki. To me, it was rather tasteless. I will say it is nice that they put so much salmon and potato in the soup, but it lacked flavor to me. It was very busy, though, so this seems to be a great place for a lot of people, just not for me!
