The place mostly delivers on all aspects as being the only Michelin-distinguished place in Tampere. Staff is friendly and professional, the menu varies from good to amazing dishes (fish dominates the plates). Some of the wine pairings did not meet the overall experience, though. Overall, good value for money and a good feeling at the end.

A cozy restaurant on one of the main roads in Tampere. The traffic outside is quite heavy, something that slightly affected the atmosphere. The 10-dish tasting menu this summer was inspired by the Japanese kitchen, and especially some of the fish dishes were amazing. I enjoyed the wine pairing a lot. My wife had the non-alcoholic pairing, and some of them were a bit too weird and didn't really work that well. Service was impeccable - dishes were introduced in detail and with style. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely delicious local fine dining, with bold, interesting and innovative flavours and ingredients. The service was particularly welcoming, friendly and warm. Impeccable. My personal highlight was the grilled potato. Vegetarian and vegan friendly too.

A truly unique and beautiful experience. The food and non-alcoholic drinks tasted like a fresh piece of nature (or, sometimes, like sauna!). I never had anything like that. It's beyond taste, it's an entire feeling. Every bite and sip were a delight to take the time and enjoy slowly, like a curious walk in the forest. Unusual ingredients and unexpected flavors that just work in a surprising and ingenious way. The vegetarian version was just as great as the non-vegetarian one (we took one of each). The service was fantastic and the explanations really helped create a connection with the meaning behind the food. We aren't usually fine diners, but that was definitely worth the money and I'm so happy we spontaneously decided to have our dinner there (we booked on the same day). As a nature and food lover, this was without doubt the most enjoyable restaurant experience I've ever been to. Would love to come back one day. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

So glad we tried this restaurant. Food was excellent, service was good and the staffs are very friendly. They will explain the foods in details and recommend the right type of wine to go with the food. If I live in Tampere, I will dine here more often.
