If you're fan of asian cuisine, this is the place to go to in Tampere. We went 6.30 PM in friday. Food took roughly 40 minutes to come (restaurant had alot of customers) but the wait was worth it. The food was amazing My favourite was the Black tiger prawn bao buns. The dough was soft and flavours just exploded in mouth. Wagyu nigiris were also spot on Will go again when i have the chance

What an experience. We had a party of 6. Everyone got a cocktail to start. Mine was the Ai Masu (a passion fruit base and sweet). I really liked it. We did one of the tasting menus. So the 4 courses were selected for you. There were a few of these to choose from. Ours had chicken gyozas, pork belly bun, lamb hot pot and Aisu (blueberry/rose ice cream). For $47 per person, We opted for the sushi of the day for $6 extra a person. The scallop sushi looked amazing so the table added them as well. All were very tasty but the sushi and bun were a table favorite. We ended dinner with green tea and coffee. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Hugely disappointing dinner, we mentioned about allergies and yet the food contained ingredients that we mentioned. The bao bans were not freshly made, soggy, limp and cold. Gyozas very much the same, dry, cold and nowhere even close how they were last year. Overall a very disappointing dinner, after being asked what we thought we got a reply that the restaurant manager thought it was all perfect (without bothering to even talk to us). Needles to say, we will never return nor recommend this place - such a shame!

I had a mix of good and bad experiences. First of all, the place is really beautiful and all the staff are friendly. Second, the food also is great and the beef tartar was outstanding! On another hand they made a big mistake gave to me a sushi with shrimps (I'm allergic) although I said this in my reservation. Maybe afraid to something bad happens again my main dish didn't come with peanuts (I important component of the dish) and I couldn't enjoy all taste. This is the reason I can't give 5 stars. They said sorry in a good way (they gave a good discount, coffee and tea) and I'll give another chance. (Sorry for english mistakes 🥺)

During my visit to the restaurant, I had the pleasure of trying their Shaba shabu hotpot, accompanied by spicy tuna tartar and scallops as starters. Both starters were nothing short of delicious, with the spicy tuna tartar and scallops being particularly standout choices. The fine dining atmosphere of the establishment was quite appealing, and we were seated at a hotpot table near the speakers. While the ambiance was cool, I found the music to be slightly too loud for my comfort. Our waitress promptly presented us with the menu and offered us water before taking our order for drinks and starters. We opted for the Masu traditional passion fruit cocktail and a martini. While I wasn't impressed with the martini, I thoroughly enjoyed the passion fruit drink. Upon reviewing the table, there were only chopsticks provided, so we had to ask for a fork and knives to consume the starters. Unfortunately, the waitress left without any utensils or bowls, which made it difficult to eat the scallops. We had to wait a few more minutes before requesting that these tools be brought to us. This was a bit of a letdown, but the quality of the food made up for it. The waitress returned to our table to inquire about the starters, which we signaled were excellent. She dutifully informed us that our hotpot would be arriving shortly. When she brought out the hotpot, she explained what it contained, but her explanation wasn't sufficient for those unfamiliar with the food. Additionally, with two sauce options provided, we were unsure of which sauces to pair with our food. After bringing us the main hotpot sauces, we had to wait another thirty minutes for the broth to boil. It would have been great if the stove was heated beforehand to minimize the wait time. The hotpot's broth, sauces, and meat were all very flavorful, but I found the pricing to be a tad steep. Perhaps an improved introduction to the dish could help guests understand how to enjoy it better. On another note, while the food was fantastic, the presence of the waitress's spit on my face during her explanation of the hotpot wasn't the best experience. Once the broth finally reached boiling temperature, it was worth the wait, and we enjoyed a delicious meal.
