FLIP Vegan Pizza

Best pizza I have ever had! Also the gluten free base is the best I have ever tasted, and it does not cost extra! A lovely place and one of a kind in Finland, a must visit!

Went to Flip on the opening day on March 1st. I've been to one pop-up earlier and it impressed me! So cool that they've got a shop now. I ordered the Dreamy Pepperoni (gluten free dough), celiacs beware, the seitan is not gluten free, which wasn't a problem for me, and the worker double checked that which makes me think they're very aware and careful with dietary restrictions! (Also the gf pizzas are baked in the same ovens as non-gf ones) I was so shocked by the dough's quality, it's super airy, crispy and just the right amount of chewiness. The sauce is great and compliments the base just right, my dining partner said that the sauce was a bit too salty but I didn't feel this way. Pepperoni had a nice spice mix and texture, Mö's dreamy dollops balanced the whole thing perfectly! They offer oregano shakers if that's something you like in your pizza, definitely a nice bonus. Water is free, they have sodas, beers, ciders and even wines for other beverages. They have one bathroom stall and a place to wash your hands. The dining space itself is alright. My only gripe is that the knives aren't as sharp as I think they should be, our plates kept moving as we tried to cut our pies (they are served uncut). Also the pies themselves could be a liiittle bigger to get bang for my buck. TLDR: Great quality vegan pizzeria with a gluten free option for the same price. 4.6/5 + Great GF dough + Quality overall + Vibes + Location + Service - Price / size of the pies - Knives For someone it might be of concern: they don't do cash.

Hands down the tastiest vegan pizzas I've tried. The pizza base is exactly the way you'd expect in a premium pizza joint (wonderful), and the toppings are well thought out. Well worth a taste!
