Le Millésime

Dining at Le Millésime in Nice was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless—the food, the service, and the atmosphere all came together perfectly. We had the six-course menu, and it was clear that the chef put immense thought and creativity into every dish. Each course was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. A huge compliment to the chef and the entire staff, who made the evening even more special with their warm hospitality and impeccable service. The cozy ambiance, paired with carefully curated music, made it a true feast for all senses. Fine dining at its absolute best. Highly recommended!

Hands down, one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Every dish was a celebration of flavor and creativity — Chef Aurélien truly delivered something special. I had the Limousin beef filet with fresh truffle — cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated with a rich sauce and refined vegetable sides. A true highlight. The signature egg dish with truffle and popcorn was surprising and fun — creamy, earthy, with that playful crunch that just worked. The risotto was creamy and comforting, with deep flavors and those generous truffle slices adding elegance to every spoonful. Dessert was a masterpiece — vine peach with verbena and vanilla mascarpone, light and aromatic with a perfect sweet balance. Even the little final treat served in a flowerpot made us smile — creative and delicious. The service was warm and the whole atmosphere felt intimate yet elegant. This isn’t just dinner — it’s an experience. Chef Aurélien, merci. We’ll remember this meal for a long time.

The service here is fantastic! The staff are very patient, have great attitudes, and are super charming—such a delight. I really enjoyed the fish dish; the meat was tender, and the sauce was perfectly balanced and flavorful. As for dessert, the flavors were rich and well thought out. The combination of creamy ice cream and sweet pears was truly a match made in heaven. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite tasting menu experiences in France. The theme was truffles and had 4 courses, each with truffles infused. The dishes were amazingly put together and the plating was creative. Time was taken to consider how each flavour works together. The restaurant creates an intimate atmosphere and the service was impeccable.

The food was excellent! Every single dish blew your mind. The waiter today was really lovely! He is passionate about his job and treats everyone with his heart, making the whole experience even better! I would highly recommend people come here to try their food! They are a team that serves food by their profession and treats their food seriously!
