From our stay in Nice, we visited this restaurant twice. There’s something a bit unusual about the restaurants here with really high reviews, they often seem to share very similar menus. Out of all the ones we tried, this was the best. The staff were welcoming, and inside was nice and clean. The food was good overall: the spaghetti with seafood was tasty (though the seafood had a slight smell). The Caesar salad, not authentically Italian, was still good. The standout dish for me was the seafood platter, which was very good.
Big portion sizes so recommend coming very hungry. They also offer generous portions of bread before the meal which I recommend not having too much. The truffle gnocchi wasn’t something I would recommend strongly (quite heavy and just not the best) seafood pasta was pretty good. The drinks were also good.
Hands down the best restaurant we ate at in Nice! The food, the wine — everything was incredible. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Raphaele. She was exceptional — so knowledgeable, patient, and full of the most amazing energy. We fully trusted her recommendations, and she did not miss. Every dish was delicious and perfectly paired. She honestly made the night for us. A must-visit if you’re in Nice!
We went here for a birthday dinner and had a great time. Portion is generous. We ordered deep fried mix seafood, seafood pasta, Niçoise salad and a bottle of local rosé. Everything was fresh and lovely. Highlight was the deep fried seafood. Fresh and has the natural sweetness of seafood. Pasta is good as well, though could be a bit more flavorful. The decor is very cute. They have both indoor and outdoor seatings. Service is friendly and quick as well.
One of the worst experiences in my life, starting from the rude way the waitress took the order. They have this policy in the restaurant, that you should order 1 main course for each member of the party. And the plates were super big it could be for 4 people. The food came a bit chewy and cold, the pizza didn’t have any taste. When she asked us how is the food, I said it’s not really good. She said I know you say that so we cancel one dish!!! Then the table next to us. Asked to return their pasta as it was not cooked well, the manager came to their table with the dish!! Screaming try it now!! Eat eat!! I felt bad for them! As this was ridiculous and they were going to pay for it!
