Milva Brunch Marseille

First time with friends at this restaurant. It's very beautiful with lovely decor and it's very clean. The server was friendly and pleasant. My friends all enjoyed their meals. My crème brûlée "French toast" was tasty but served cold. The server offered to have it warmed up which did make it better. However, the bread was not prepared in the typical French toast style. It was as if they just took a slice of bread (without grilling/frying it all) and just placed the topping on it. It was literally sitting in a pile of sugar. (See photo attached) Upon paying I was asked "was everything ok?" When I answered the gentleman seemed to not care about my response. Then why would you ask the customer? What is the point? His customer service was seriously lacking.

I'd give it a six star if I could! Staff was very friendly, food was quick and VERY delicious. I ordered the Pain Perdu De Milva. I was not disappointed at all. Very tasty food. Atmosphere was nice. Being on a quiet street, and being able to eat outside was a huge plus. Overall fantastic, and I would go every day if I could. 👍
