Le relais 50

I don’t post often but this place deserves recognition! The staff were amazing, the food delicious, the chef checked in… “magic” drink was provided by the chef, simply one of the best experiences I had in Marseille!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Le Relais 50. Our meals were beautifully prepared including the delectable chocolate dessert. We sat outside overlooking the vibrant Marseille Vieux-Port. Our waitress was so kind; she provided a menu that included English translations and stopped by to chat with us and offer places to visit during our stay. We also chatted with the chef who shared his wonderful philosophy about food. We wish we were in Marseille longer because we would definitely come back for dinner.

The best meal I have ever had in South France so far!

A wonderful restaurant in a perfect location with a lovely terrace overlooking the port. The food is absolutely delicious, the drinks are excellent, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The hostess is truly amazing — you can feel her heart, soul, and attention to detail in every little thing. It’s also pet-friendly, which makes the atmosphere even more special. A place where you immediately feel at home and want to come back again and again.
