Absolutely loved this place. If you're ever in Marseille, France please do yourself a favour and go to Le Hippe Chic Café. The atmosphere was great although they could play some music in the background. The vibe of the place is chic and cool. Love the funky, colourful artwork on the wall and the flowers hanging from the ceiling. The service was amazing from the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out. I can't remember the waiters name but he was great, very attentive. The rest of the staff was great too. The food was so good. Everyone tried something different so that we could taste a bit of everything. The drinks was really good too and they have many options. Keep this place in your must go to spots list. I'll definitely be back!

First time being in Marseille and I went with my spouse. The atmosphere and decor are exactly that, chic and eclectic. Friendly staff and helpful when asking for suggestions. Food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were really good. Highly recommend going here 😊 **I ordered the truffled gnocchi and my spouse had the Hippie bowl

We had a delicious selection of food. Falafel surprisingly good. An unusual combination of charred octopus with mashed sweet potatoes and a rocket salad. It was very tasty. My partner had Mongolian beef with rice which he enjoyed. Both could have been hotter but were delicious. The music was of late 60’s, Rodriguez, Canned Heat, Peter, Paul and Mary etc and I enjoyed listening to it. The service was welcoming and very friendly. Good for families, singles, couples and they have a party room out the back. Recommended. Thanks for the great night.

The food was amazing. The area is safe. Our waiter was so kind! We had a communication error and we weren’t charged for the wrong dish. Would definitely recommend!
