Aux Pieds sous la Table

Went there for Valentines and took the set menu. The place had a good atmosphere, great for a couple’s dinner. We started with the cocktails: “First Kiss” and “Last Kiss”. The first was cassis based and the second citrus fruit and peach based. Both were good. The tasting menu was also good, the main dish though, the fish, had an amazing idea that fell short. A croissant based sauce! The dish lacked seasoning, and acidic flavours to make it more well rounded. The service, though was slow, was great in the sense that they offered us 2 glasses of champagne to compensate for the error which led to us waiting a long time for the food. Always a nice gesture!

Very nice and cute restaurant with quite well elaborated menu. I had a vegetarian meal (May 2025) it was wonderful. Someone near me had the fish and it was also good but less impressive. It's worth it to go! :)

We decided to visit for the first time because of the positive reviews on Google. At €20, the lunch was decent and within the typical price range for France. While the food quality was good, I found it lacking in flavor, and the portions were a bit small. I wouldn't recommend it and don’t plan on returning.

Amazing fine dining place. The food was second to none, the atmosphere is very lovely and romantic. Great place for a date night, anniversary or any other special occasion you can think of. The only thing I would advise the owner to do is to take their own photos and upload them on the Google maps page, because I have to tell you, that restaurant is so beautiful inside. The decor is absolutely lovely, and it doesn't come through with the current photos they have there. You have to go and see it for yourself!

Among my 6 days I went there 3 times and each time it was surprisingly great. Each day they are serving a new menu and every lunch was delicious 🤤 The best menu item we had was duck. Wish we have it one more time. But beef dishes and fish were also great. Very friendly staff and not crowded. The bonus point for accommodating us even 10 minutes before lunch closure. Haven’t tried dinner but I’m sure it worth visiting too
