Small place , limited menu but everything was excellent. Usually not a fan of steamed fish , but was well done , nice flavor and not too fishy , broth was very delicate. Chocolate bar deserts was great . Little different but server brings a wine based on your taste that goes with your food- there is no wine list to pick from
My wife and two adult daughters and I had a fantastic meal at Blind. The food/service was excellent as was our host Riesling. Guessing the wines was fun! Highly recommended
What a wonderful evening! The cuisine was absolutely spectacular and the blind-tasting of the wine was a delightfully fun and memorable twist. Our server, Daniela, provided impeccable service, as did all the staff. The Squid al Olivo and the Pork Anticucho are true standouts on the menu and should not be missed. The only aspect that might have enhanced our dining experience would have been a slightly larger table, though the table sizes are completely understandable for the cozy, intimate setting of this exceptional restaurant. Thank you to the entire team at Blind for making our evening so special!
It's one thing to make a dish look pretty, but for all the pretty decor to taste as outstanding, whilst having each detail contribute to the flavors is what takes Blind to a whole different league!! Hidden gem!!! I had never gone on a solo dinner, but Blind, it's beautiful terrace and its attentive service made it a truly unforgettable evening. I am born and raised in Latin America, I have tried Peruvian dishes around the world, but i had never had anything like this. It is beyond! Pamela (the sweetest server) suggested the Calamar al Olivo (comes with 2 sauces one al olivo and one of peruvian spices, making that dish 2 amazing and different experiences on it self) , followed by the Ceviche de Pescado accompanied with a white wine (ceviche had the freshness, and a balance of citrus and sweet with the tiger milk and sweet potato additions)(generous serving for a ceviche!! perfect serving size). The presentation was amazing, but the flavors were... wow, perfect combinations. I was at a loss for words. I then learned the two cheffs are from Peru, and it is noticeable through every detail they have put in that plate. 11/10 experience, atmosphere, service and food. would go again millions of times if i could. This is a must try for sure. Mi gente latina!! Este siiiiii tiene el sabor a casa!!! Otro nivelll!!
What an awesome little restaurant. Fun natured with the blind wine tasting, very unique. Food 👌🏻👌🏻 cooked from the heart. The pork skewers were so tasty, the sea bream cooked perfectly in delicate sauce. Must try.
