I saw Homie’s kitchen restaurant located in Bordeaux online before I visit it because they have the eggs Benedict, which I was looking forward to eat. So I made my way there and finally had a chance to try it out and believe me it was not disappointing at all. The price is a little bit expensive, but if you’re on tour, you should be able to forward it. And I would say it’s worth it. If you’re a vegetarian well look carefully at the menu and you’ll find something. The eggs Benedict is served with bacon so be careful vegetarians. They do have vegetarian stuff on the menu. One thing for you people not from France when you asked to pay the bill you gotta go to the counter to pay it.
Superb food and friendly service to match. We had the Turkish eggs and the eggs royale. Both were excellent and the eggs royale had nice little crispy rice bits for added interest - a nice touch! Coffees were great as well.
I learned about the place because I saw it on my daughter's IG post and it attracts me for some reasons. I went for a brunch and was assisted to my table , staff was polite and trying to communicate with me in English. I ordered for Egg Benedict & their signature Ice cube coffee. I 'm not actually a fan of ice coffee, always wanted a hot drinks. The food did not failed me as i loved everything in it , the egg was poached perfectly and with the special hollandaise sauce with garnishing salad, it's perfect and even with the drink, i loved it! In terms of value, it could have been better if it's a little cheaper. Recommended!
My girlfriend and I came back twice to Homie’s because we loved it ~ the vibe was great, nice drinks, and food outstanding! We had the benedict with bacon and the Turkish eggs. Mammamia…still dreaming of both of those! Homie’s is the place where all the cool kids go. Recommend
This is my favourite place for brunch in Bordeaux! The eggs benedict dish is amazing, the citron cheesecake very refreshing and special. The atmosphere is very nice, close to the center of the city. The prices are a little higher than expected, but it worth it.
