It is with great pleasure I have the opportunity to review this restaurant. Everything about it was exceptional, the setting, the staff, the service - and above all the food. The Michelin-Star experience that is so hotly debated these days, some call it outdated and pompous, shines here. The creativity, the attention to details, the sophistication of the tastes, course by course, are just breathtaking. Well done, Chef and team. Don’t miss it.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had, likely best Michelin restaurant I’ve tried; I’ve been to quite a few including 2 others in Bordeaux. The dinner was a pleasant, refined, delicious, and luxurious experience. Big kudos to the staff who told the story of each meal so passionately and elegantly. The sommelier was super charming with the wine stories transporting us behind the thought of every wine pairing. The food was art on the plate and in the mouth. The initial drink downstairs before being seated was a nice touch that set the mode for the evening. The quick greeting with the chef at entry was very thoughtful. All in all, the restaurant invites you to take in the pleasure, slow down and enjoy. It was a memorable evening.

This was a perfect symphony from start to finish. The food was delicious and full of character, and there are lovely surprises across the meals to put a smile on your face. The service was flawless and the team was warm and welcoming. We came all the way from Switzerland hoping we’ll get to meet the chef and his team. It was a honor to meet such a passionate and competent team, they went above all expectations. Congratulations to the Chef and the team, the 2 stars are more than deserved!

We had dinner at Maison Nouvelle last night, the final night of our travels. It was incredible start to finish. From the chefs personal photos around the restaurant to his amazing welcome note set the stage for a wonderful night. Our waiter Lenny was fantastic and the food was inventive and tasted superb. We had a few less adventurous eaters and they had a blast. Sommelier was on point and found fantastic wines in our price range (all 5 bottles). Run don’t walk, special experience.
