Great place & food. Well selected menu & individual recommendations. Excellent choice of wine. Works for meat / fish / veggie lovers. Cold platters as snack if you don't need / want a full menu

A great place to enjoy uncomplicated, great tasting food. We had the salmon tatare and the grilled lamb chops (see photos). Service is very friendly and attentive. A great option if you happen to be in Bordeaux.

I love this place! I'm definitely coming back. The person who welcomed us and helped me with my allergies was super friendly and kind. Food was fantastic and I thoroughly recommend this restaurant!

Clement welcomed us in a very warm way. It was an excellent experience. The dish I wanted wasn't available but as he saw I was disappointed, he made a special dish for me that was absolutely delicious 🥰 the restaurant is extremely clean and modern. I really recommend it 100% and won't hesitate to come back when I am back to Bordeaux! Thanks Clément pour ton accueil chaleureux!

Cairn is exactly the kind of restaurant you hope to stumble upon while traveling—a spot where locals eat, the food is exceptional, and the hospitality is even better. We had a few travel hiccups that forced us to reschedule our dinner more than once, and Clement couldn't have been more accommodating or kind. From the moment we finally walked through the door, he made us feel so welcome—like regulars returning home. The food? Outstanding. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor, but the surprise standout was the plate of fries Clement brought to our table—crispy, golden perfection. We didn’t ask for them, but thank goodness he insisted. They were to die for. I only wish I had Cairn in my own hometown!
