Exquisitely prepared, locally sourced fare in a charming space, and warm welcoming service. The food was creative, inspired, and fresh. The menu changes by the day, and everything we had was incredible. The prices were absolutely fair for the quality of the food. 10/10 cannot recommend enough! We will be back!
This was one of the best place we ate in Lyon! We ordered the steak and I already got suspicious when we needed a bigger table for it… The price (96€) is definitely worth it and the steak is gigantic. Tip: You can share with more than 2 people. Because we had to roll home 😆 Delicious food, super friendly atmosphere, what else do you need? 🤫
Trusted the owner with my order as I was not a local, did not disappoint. Had the daily lunch special of Homemade Calf's Foot Salad & Pork Cheek with Nouye Wine, Wild Camasque rice and Spinach for 19.9€. The salad was too sour with too much pickle juice for me but was evened out with their delightful bread. Cheek was cooked nice and soft. Together with the sauce, it tastes amazing. The owners were a delight to talk to also, thanks from Singapore!
Amazing food. So tasty. Loved the octopus salad I had as a starter. The beef tartare I had for main was even better!!!!!!! The 4 stars is only because it took them about 20 minutes to get my order.
Tucked away in one of Lyon’s charming neighborhoods, La Famille lives up to its name by offering an experience that feels less like dining out and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. From the moment you step through the door, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and a sense of ease that sets the tone for an unforgettable meal. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between cozy and refined making you feel part of something local and real. The menu showcases the best of Lyonnaise cuisine, with just enough modern flair to keep things exciting. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is one of those rare places that manages to feel like home—only with better food.
