We had a truly wonderful experience here today. We booked a late lunch for three and got the most delightful, flavoursome, relaxing and enjoyable experience. We were sad that one dish we wanted was unavailable but the food we did get was just lovely. The wine list is the perfect length and it offers something for everyone. We were served by several different staff and all of them were charming and helpful. We ordered five share plates, two desserts, wine, coffee and lemonade and all were wonderful. And in a perfect setting. An amazing place to bring my teenagers for lunch; exactly what we wanted.
nice & friendly vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Paris! π the interior of the restaurant is very pleasant & aesthetic, the toilets though weren't well stocked. the service is good, i felt really welcome here (thanks Rudy!)
I want to start this review by saying that the interior design is just sooo beautiful! Very nice! Tables are a little bit close to each other, but I guess this is rather normal in similar restaurants. We had fritto misto, capaccio de chou rave (Kohlrabi), gourgette peanut sauce, Portobello Katsu and chou pountu muhammara. All was surprisingly delicious, and it was just the right amount for us as a two persons party without having breakfast before. If I would have to recommend one of the tapas, it would be the portobello, but just as this really meets my taste. We had some nice speciality drinks, like the Bagdad latte, which i really liked. Nevertheless we were already pretty done, we had to try the desserts, so we ordered panna cotta abricot and a frozen melon dish, which I did not find today on the menu anymore... both delicious, of course. We enjoyed the time and the people. The staff was very friendly, and they even let us choose if we want to stumble around with our French or if we want to talk in English. And in addition, they did not get annoyed once we decided to talk in French and took sometimes some time to rearrange words to a phrase. :)
We absolutely love this place. Had fantastic dinner, such impressive and creative portions full of flavor. Most foods are vegetarian or vegan, which is not common in Paris. One of our favourite vegetarian experiences in Paris. Prices are reasonable, too. There might be a queue so reservation should be a good idea, especially on weekends. However, we just walked in (on Monday evening) before the line started to form.
A great find for vegans! The quality is amazing, and the portions are small for big eaters. Special mention to the staff who's very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! Big plus: many power plugs to charge a dying phone!
