I walked in to 46 and 3RD for a small late afternoon break recently and it was a lovely experience. I tried their pancake with in-house special salted caramel sauce, which were fluffy, perfectly cooked and not too sweet —just right. Paired with a refreshing ginger lemon tea, it made for a delightful and confronting combo. The ambience is cozy and inviting, a great spot to relax and enjoy a slow moment or relaxing weekend brunch. The staff were friends and attentive, adding to the overall positive vibe. Prices felt fair for the quality and portion size. If you’re looking for a chill brunch place in Paris with tasty pancakes and good tea, I’d definitely recommend 46 and 3rd!
We had breakfast at 46 & 3rd and were pleasantly surprised by both the portion sizes and the overall quality of the food. It’s definitely not your typical Parisian café—this place leans more toward a Brooklyn-style brunch spot, and we were all in. We ordered: Choco pancakes – a standout hit. Extra fluffy, rich, and indulgent in the best way. American pancakes, Cal Beni, and the Eggs & More plate – all fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Drinks included tea, Cola, and a couple of mimosas, since the coffee machine was down. (The staff let us know right away—great communication.) Service was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, and everyone spoke great English, which made things super smooth. It came to about €100 for four people, which is a bit pricey for breakfast, but considering the location, quality, and portion sizes, it felt like a solid deal. Pro tip: You can pay directly at the table using the QR code, which was super convenient and let us skip waiting for the check.
* This place was a phenomenal breakfast spot. The waiters were all friendly and quickly helped piece together our lousy French with their good English. * The American Pancake breakfast was exceptional in that it was American in nature with beautiful French presentation. The breakfast has been the best we have had in London or Paris thus far in terms of bang-for-buck and quality. We all walked away very full. * The chef even apologized when there was a small delay and asked us if everything was made well, which it definitely was. A friendly atmosphere with great food, what more can you ask for.
The server is really friendly, we came twice now and it was the same one, the food was excellent as well! The pancakes soft and fluffy. We will definitely become regulars of this fine establishment
We came here, because a tiktok famous spot in the area was full. And I'm happy we went here instead. The pancakes were really nice and of course very filling. The was what you'd expect from a restaurant. You acces the menu via your telephone and then order with a server. We did not have to wait long until we got our food. The atmosphere was unexpectedly really great. Would recommend sitting outside.
