BAOBAR - Restaurant Chinois

So good! Enjoyed this restaurant a lot. They have a delicious menu, friendly and fast service. They offer interior and bar seating. Try to reserve in advance or go early to ensure you get a table. We really enjoyed the bao buns, the eggplant and the dumplings!

I went there due to their veggie choices and I wasn't disappointed. The food was delicious, service was prompt and accurate. The dinning room was small but they have an overflow at the bar. Good place for lunch. Reservation could be a good idea. If you are in the neighborhood, don't hesitate to swing by, worth the detour.

We had a reservation and we entered really fast on a Sunday night. The location seems small at first but really well organized, spacious and comfortable.The serving really fast, taking the order and the food arrived instantly. The cucumber salad was good but nothing special. The baos AMAZING, loved them, the fried chicken was good but not the best and the eggplant was tasty and interesting but more for a side dish not a main course on it's own. The cocktail was good but not special. You might leave smelling like food after. The toilet clean. 100% recommended for baos in paris!

I had seen this restaurant before with a friend and we were both super excited to try it. Finally we made it there, the service was excellent, food came out super fast but it was lacking flavor. We ordered a fried chicken bao bun as well as the same thing but with pork. They had the same garnishes and sauces so it tasted the same. We also got crispy shrimp ravioli and it was good but missing a sauce to dip in. Honestly neither me or my friend were a fan of the restaurant. Maybe it was what we got but i don’t see the hype.

Place is good and food is delicious but a bit noisy. There were not many tables available but they found one for us.
