We dined at Le Cinq for our anniversary in February 2024, and it remains one of the most memorable meals we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, service was flawless — warm, attentive, and perfectly paced without ever feeling stiff. The team even surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary gesture, which made the evening extra special. The wine pairings were outstanding, each glass carefully chosen to complement the food without overwhelming it. The dishes themselves were beautifully executed, refined, and deeply satisfying — from the bread trolley (impossible to resist) through to the magnificent dessert trolley. I only wished I had more space to enjoy more of it all. Yes, dining here is undeniably expensive, but the overall experience — the precision of the cooking, the grace of the service, and the atmosphere of celebration — made it worth every cent. Le Cinq is fine dining at its best: not just a meal, but a memory.

We came to Le Cinq on Saturday, August 9th for our last dinner prior to leaving Paris. It was without the doubt, the most luxurious, most expensive meal we have ever had. The service team was incredibly attentive. Food was as expected superb and befitting of a Michelin three-star restaurant. Decors were grand and splendid. Thank you for making the last day of our Paris stay so enjoyable and memorable. We will be back!!

An unforgettable dining experience at the three-Michelin-star Le Cinq, located inside the Four Seasons George V. The room is elegant and spacious, with soft lighting, gold-toned accents, and generously spaced tables — ideal for a special occasion or a relaxed but refined meal. Service is flawless: welcoming, discreet, and never rushed. They kindly allowed photography, as long as it didn’t disturb other guests — a thoughtful balance we appreciated. We chose à la carte but were still treated to a full culinary experience — bread selection, amuse-bouches, and surprises between courses. Highlights included foie gras presented ‘like a pebble’, delicate crab and asparagus starters, and mains like pigeon and blue lobster, all beautifully presented. Our dinner for two came to just over €1,000, including wine and extras. It’s a high-end price, but the overall experience — from food to service — felt well worth it. Tips: Book well in advance. Dress smartly — this is a formal setting, but not stiff. Take your time — the meal unfolds with grace and generosity. If you're looking for a truly special dinner in Paris, Le Cinq delivers on every level.

Let me start by saying, the service was absolutely incredible. There truly could not have been better wait staff, sommeliers, or attendants throughout. The wine selection was incredible and the sommelier did a fantastic job honoring our taste, value, and price point with quality. But - and this is as a New Yorker with her fair share of Michelin Star meals - this fell way flat for such an incredible price point. From the beet-based amuse bouche, to the room temperature sea bass, to the flan-consistency gnocchi, we just really were underwhelmed. The “spaghetti” (it’s really a pasta-based entree filled with cheese and all things wonderful) is by far the best item on the menu, and the lamb was average at best. But everything else left us so dissatisfied that we couldn’t bear staying for dessert or a digestif. One of the complementary desserts from the trio tasted like a tomato. I’ve never left a restaurant so wishing to appease the waitstaff because they truly were exceptional but the food was certainly not worth three Michelin stars or a four figure price tag. I’d recommend dining elsewhere for better bang for your buck

We are blessed and travel extensively and exclusively. We have been to Michelin Star restaurants previously, but none compare to the Le Cinq experience. Every single aspect of this 5 hour experience was perfect. From the by-name greeting (we were also hotel guests), to every associate that touched us…perfect. The ambiance, service, Somms, cuisine, and special touches were world-class. Nothing I can write here will do the experience justice. It was amazing. I will post a number of pictures with this. Take a look at the attention to detail. The next time that you are in Paris, spoil yourself and have dinner here. Thanks to everyone at Le Cinq that made our evening (my wife’s birthday) so memorable. We have been to Paris many times. Staying at The Four Seasons Paris, and eating at Le Cinq is enough reason to visit Paris again. We will!
