It has been a few years since I have returned to Holybelly, however they still do not disappoint! The breakfast arrived fast and was very well plated. The staff in both the kitchen and servers all seemed to work together well and were happy, a sign of a good workplace. To add to the experience the pancakes were yummy. Soft, light, fluffy, and retained their freshness throughout the meal. Just a great delicious meal all around, and glad that they are still top!
First of all, honorable mention to their warm and very personal service. Super polite and genuinely friendly — honestly an A+ for Paris. The atmosphere is super cozy and inviting. Portions were generous, and I loved that they bring maple syrup right to the table upon request. The hot chocolate was delicious, and my double-shot latte was spot on — with unexpectedly good latte art and excellent coffee. Definitely a place I’d come back to again! Small to no wait.
Great place for breakfast that lived up to all the hype. The pancakes and eggs were perfect and the sausage was some of the absolute best I have ever had. The only thing I would change would be to maybe be a little less heavy on the butter. There was a bit of a wait, but the line moved relatively quickly.
By far the best place for breakfast/brunch in Paris in my 5 day trip. The staff is so polite & friendly & the food is just ridiculously awesome. I ordered the Savoury Stack Pancakes & a baby Granola & it was just insanely good. The queue is long but definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend this place to my friends whoever is coming to Paris.
I'll definitely return here when I'm back in Paris! The food was amazing, and there were a few things on the menu I wanted to try. I also enjoyed the restaurant's semi-industrial chic style and the attentive staff. Check the website for an approximation of your waiting time - they don't take reservations. But no matter the wait, it's well worth it!
