Went here looking for some cafe in the vicinity. The atmosphere is very cosy, staff friendly and ready to help! It's also very quiet, and for me it was a great place just to have a good conversation in peace. I took a piece of cheesecake which was very well made, just the right sweetness and with a pleasant light lemon aftertaste. The prices are similar to any other cafe in Berlin but the cake piece was really big so definitely worth it. Would definitely return if I come around!
We lucked into this place by being next to it when it started raining and stepping in for a coffee to wait out the weather. What we found was a lovely cafe with homey decor, wonderful service, and a widely varied menu. We got one of their cakes of the day, the traditional breakfast, a cappuccino, and a smoothie. Everything was fantastic! The photo is the traditional breakfast. Highly recommend!!
Such a lovely cafe with wonderful and friendly service! Being an American non-German speaker in Berlin, it’s not always friendly… this place was fantastic. Ambiance is so cozy as well! Would totally come back!
Stopped for lunch whilst on vacation in Berlin. Place had limited seating, maybe 10 tables or so. Table service. Plenty of food and drink options for Vegans. I had the meatloaf dish which came with fried potatoes and an fried egg. It's not your usual American version of meatloaf, it was like a slice of sausage meat. Lovely food and atmosphere, prompt service. English speaking cafe.
Delicious homemade food, cute and historical ambiance. A friend of mine, who works in Berlin often, came across You’re Welcome from a quick Google search. We stopped in for breakfast and had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was great, warm and welcoming. Would recommend and don’t forget to read about the history of the cafe in the menu!
