An unexpected lunch experience - though we were obviously not able to try the full menu, it would seem this is that rare breed of a restaurant where you simply can’t go wrong! In spite of a full house staff swiftly greets us and seats our family of five - including the three year old in her stroller - at a nice table. Their signature crispy duck in red curry available at a discount for weekday lunch is nothing short of amazing. Top it off with Matcha ice cream for desert and you will wonder why many restaurants even exist…

Being one of the few restaurants open on Christmas Day, we made a reservation for dinner while in the area. We had a really pleasant dining experience. The food and drinks were delicious. The restaurant’s ambience was cozy with vintage decorations. Service was a bit on the slow side, but understandable, as it was very busy and it’s a holiday period. Overall, it was very good & if you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out.

Wow. There are some great places to eat in Berlin but this was simply stunning. Great value for money too. I’m a solo traveller and stumbled upon this place due to its beautiful appearance. Upon entering I checked the reviews and I can see why they are so good. BEST FOOD AND SERVICE IN BERLIN. shout out to my amazing waitress Julia, perfect service. I recommend anyone in Berlin to go and eat here. Thanks for an amazing evening

An hidden gem in the central area! We’ve discovered it randomly, but it has been an amazing surprise. Located in the city centre, Hoongy offered a wide selection of different dishes. Everything we ate was delicious, tasty and with well-balanced flavours! The service was excellent too, the kindest waitress made our experience even better! Last but not least, the prices are absolutely fantastic for the quality and the portions. It is definitely a must if you want to enjoy asian food in berlin!
