Tim's Restaurant

Mediocre experience. Service outright bad. Food okay, but not impressive. Business dinner of 8 persons, drinks, starter, main course and wine. After having waited a long time for starters, it took another 1,5hour to get the main courses, and then they had forgotten one. 7 mains for a party of 8 didn't trigger anything...waited another 15min on the missing main. No apologies or anything during payment and I decided not to give any extra tips - which made the waiter annoyed and directly blaming me I did not pay up. Had expected more based on the reviews, now Tim's has been tried but will not recommend the place.

Outstanding restaurant in the heart of Hamburg. Yes, I'll get to the food too, but i have to say it's rare to have a restaurant this close to perfect in all regards: The views of the Harbour, the Michel and the Elbe are spectacular and set you up for a beautiful dinner. Great table spacing, making it intimate even if it's crowded. Beautiful and tasteful decor, and plates and glasses. The service was immaculate, very attentive with great attention to detail. The food was of high quality and delicate, wonderful asparagus salad with raspberries and i had the grilled prawns as a main, which lacked a bit of finesse, but did not distract from a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Great open wines too. I can 100% recommend Tim's from a family dinner to a date or business lunch, this place is perfect. Huge thanks to the wonderful team!

Amazing place and wonderful service! And don’t forget the food ♥️ one of the best surf and turf I ever had and I’m not sure how they could make my dessert better ♥️ I loved the chocolate variations ♥️ I will definitely come back to this place! It’s also an amazing restaurant that I would recommend for business dinners as well. The food and service are excellent 👍🏾

We were here on a business party, but totally recommend!! The celery salad was amazing, also the wine very good and the fish with the beans sauce??!! I am not sure if this is what I ate because the taste was very complex, also I loved the pink cocktail!!

Food was okay. Service maybe the worst in Hamburg. They insist on providing wine service themselves, so the bottle isn’t left at the table — yet the wine glass stays empty for half the evening. It seems like they’re not really interested in selling wine. Even after telling them several times on the spot nothing changed. Service very arrogant.
