It was truly for all our senses. It's well worth the Michelin star. Everything was great with a meticulous service. Cutlery and plateing beautifully selected paired with custom-made glasses.
What a good and interesting experience. Other places with an M star I've been at usually try to serve some dishes in order to impress you and maybe think about taking a picture. Here the food is outstanding, and it is presented simply and without pretense. It's almost downplaying how excellent and nuanced each dish is. Service is personal and just perfect. It really felt like you were over for dinner at the hosts' home. We even had a great time mixing languages so we could all understand what was going on. Favorite part: seeing someone come in with a crate after service had started and sneak into the kitchen, only to find a half hour later the mushrooms they had just foraged and delivered presented to is in an equisite little ramen.
Fantastic experience. Food was excellent, broad spectrum of ingredients, tastes and textures. Service was very professional, warm, and dedicated to make the experience something special and delicate. We will come back
How on earth has this place got even a mention by Michelin Guide... the worst service in a long time, unfriendly, uninterested, unattentive, has no idea of what this job is about. Unbalanced tastes of almost all dishes served (except for homemade sourdough bread). Never ever in my life a starred property has been of that huge disappointment. All in all – a complete waste of time. Hope you guys will not repeat our mistake.
Asked for a reservation 5 weeks ago. No answer. E-mailed them for a reservation, got confirmation of the email, but no reservation. Called them about 8x times in 4 weeks, no-one answers. Bad service
