Pho Boeuf Restaurant

Tried this new pho place today because the smell of the broth lured me inside, and was extremely pleased with the food, ambiance and service. Convenient location, easy to get to it by car as well as by public transportation. Right at the Milaneo mall one can easily turn this into a shopping and yummy food adventure. Looking forward to next time.

I have been looking for Pho in Stuttgart going on 8+ years now and while other places have been ok they haven’t quite scratched that itch. I am from a city in the US that has a large Vietnamese community and I am so used to Pho being served and tasting a particular way and the Pho at Pho Boeuf tastes so much like the Pho I am used to having back in Portland. The service is great and I love the signs in the restaurant. It makes me feel like I am back out on SE 82nd in Portland. Highly recommend!

30e for this, which is understandable because of the location but the quality is really disappointing. Given the fact that they put various types of beef and pork pastes in Bun Bo, the MOLDY chilli and old, withered sprouts represent completely opposite quality. To my surprise, the waitress didn’t bat her eyes when I nicely told her about it, so I had to share them here.

Great, lively atmosphere! I had the Frenchcorn chicken—absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the fresh spring onions and cilantro added the perfect touch.

Below average but overpriced. The duck soup was extremely salty, and overall the food did not meet expectations. I’ve tried pho in many countries, and based on this restaurant’s high rating, I was hoping for something special. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. This is definitely not a restaurant with 4.8 rating. 别吃 难吃死了
