TLDR: Does your life need soul filled, mouth watering, health boosting food? Of course it does. And of course you should come here and get it. Why are you still thinking? Just get it.

A Delightful Dining Experience We opted for the four-course menu, which included a soup, starter, main, and dessert, and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish. What makes this experience unique is that when you choose the three- or four-course option, you don’t pick your own dishes. Instead, you’re treated to a curated selection of both menu and off-menu items, which adds an element of surprise. I particularly appreciated this concept, as it pushed me to try dishes I wouldn’t typically order. Highlights included the hashbrown with carrot “salmon,” the portobello steak, and the tapioca pudding dessert. Each course was expertly crafted, with flavors that were both interesting and well-balanced. While the price is on the higher side, the quality, creativity, and overall culinary experience make it worthwhile. The service was exceptional, and a special shoutout to the chef for curating such a spectacular meal.

The Atmosphäre is very good and cozy. And food is really really tasty. I had the sweet potato dish and it was very well decorated , fresh and tasted great .

Very cool vegan Restaurant! A little bit expensive but worth the money. You’ll get good quality food for it. Would definitely recommend going there!

My first trip to Vhy! last year was quite the eye-opener to the quality of vegan food. I recommended the restaurant to many friends and looked forward to my second visit. Unfortunately, it took me a year to get back. Heartbreakingly, my second visit wasn't as extraordinary as the first. My partner and I ordered two four course meals so we could sample (nearly) the entire menu. The first courses were the winter salad and aubergine. These two dishes were superbly prepared and akin to our experiences at Michelin restaurants. The salad stood on its own as a dish, not as something served on the side given only a second of thought before preparation. The aubergine was perfectly cooked, entirely tender, and packed with a cross of Middle East and Indian flavors. The hummus was also one of the best I've ever experienced. The second course of Schwarzwurzel and coconut soup was also incredible. The flavors ran deep from the first touch of the tongue to the aftertaste. I've never even heard of Schwarzwurzel (or it's English name) so it was quite the treat to indulge in new ingredients. It was reminiscent of parsnip puree, but even more rich and complex. A bit of toast on the side would've been brilliant. Now is when we get to the downhill part. The first two courses were masterfully crafted, yet the last two were disappointments. Do not confuse my words, the quality of the food was excellent, but the execution wasn't done properly, in my opinion. The first main dish, a reimagining of Schwaben classics fell short of expectations. The red cabbage was superb and I even enjoyed the nut bread. However, the Knöddel and Spätzle were unequivocally boring. The second main course, Sardinian pasta, just didn't cut it for me. There wasn't a distinctive aspect that brought the “wow” factor. Let's wrap up quickly with the desserts. The lava cake was more like a glacier cake and the cream that was served with it made me recoil and describe it in a word I’d rather not write here. The cherries had a nice tartness though. The tiramisu, served in a deconstructed style, was fairly decent, but nothing to evoke poetry. My review of Vhy stands thus, “I will certainly return when the menu changes. I would even recommend the appetizers in the current menu since two would be enough for an entire meal.” P.S. The four course menu is a monster amount of food. I'm 86Kg and was taken to my absolute limit.
